The goal is to benefit people

  1. Healthcare and social welfare services have an impact when they genuinely improve people’s quality of life and inclusion.
  2. Prioritisation is possible when there is access to reliable, measured and comparable information on which treatments and services will improve people’s quality of life the most.
  3. The aim is to create ethically sustainable healthcare and social welfare services: to curb the increase in costs and to level out differences in health and wellbeing.
  4. With the help of impact data, it is possible to determine how the growing need for services and ever scarcer resources and the demand and supply can be reconciled.
